How Do I Place An Order?
You can order easily through the store, just add an item to your basket and follow the purchasing process
Orders are processed as soon as payment is accepted and fulfilled in a third party warehouse.
All major card types are accepted
How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our products are print on demand, so this can add a little extra time - we estimate about 2 weeks from order to arrival max!
The shipping times may vary due to the demand Covid has caused, but we endeavour to get all UK based orders delivered within 15 working days after production.
International shipping may take a little longer.
How do you make sure you are environmentally and cruelty free?
Sustainable fashion is the future! That's why No shortcuts Apparel is taking steps to make sure we're part of the movement.
We only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction.
Our printing partner's state-of-the-art printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.
The inks we use for printing are vegan, water-based and free of harmful chemicals. Care is taken to dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines, so we’re not harming the environment.
We thoroughly research all of the products we use as base products to ensure they are made in a safe, sweatshop free environment, that the workers are paid a fair wage and the employer keeps to human rights standards.
We use a supplier called No Sweat (https://nosweat.org.uk/) for our garments.
"No Sweat is a grassroots campaign that builds solidarity among workers’ worldwide. We look to global social justice movements and to the international workers’ movement to build common, united, campaigning action against workplace exploitation and the sweatshop bosses. No Sweat stands for workers’ solidarity."
How does the “one tree planted for every order” work?
We partnered with One Tree Planted (www.onetreeplanted.org) on their reforestation schemes. For every order, $1 is donated to One Tree Planted, and ever dollar is at least one tree! They have reforestation schemes in North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. We pool the donations for each project and send the funds to our reforestation partner, enabling them to cover the costs required to get these trees in the ground. Since their launch in 2014 One Tree Planted have planted over 11 Million trees (info correct as of August 2020)
Can I return my item?
As our items are printed on demand, therefore custom printed, we can’t offer a refund if you have changed your mind.
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible! All of the items are rigorously checked for any non-conformances before they leave NSA HQ, but if anything is damaged or lost in transit, we can get items replaced.

How does Clearpay work?
Clearpay allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free. With Clearpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.
Simply choose Clearpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Clearpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. For online orders, the goods will be shipped to you after checkout. It’s that easy!
At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Clearpay automatically take the money from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates.
